Manage 's POSH IC Committee

To begin your company’s POSH Compliance, you need to set up an Internal Committee (IC), which will be responsible for taking care of any violations.
The IC comprises of a minimum of 4 members, one out of which needs to be an external member and one needs to be nominated as the Presiding Officer of the IC (Has to be a female employed at a senior level in your company). At least 50% of the committee MUST be women.
